Mobile learning in the future
Mobile learning will have arrived at half of all retail companies in two to three years. These are the findings of the “Mobile learning in retail” study, carried out by Know How! AG in 2015. 50 percent of the experts questioned support this forecast. And believe that mobile learning offers will remain very heterogeneous. The reason for this is the significant fragmentation of the market, the many project-specific requirements and the various prerequisites.
Smart Social Learning
Connecting mobile learning applications with social learning has great potential. The user habits of learners are taken into account here and integrated accordingly. Social media has already been used privately for many years already to discuss and exchange information. The transfer of knowledge between colleagues in the company can be used to close knowledge gaps together, for example. This connection via mobile devices creates a massive knowledge network that is completely removed from any location or time constraints – and is far-reaching.
